All new students begin with a personalized introduction to Feel Good Yoga. Spend your first session learning about yoga postures, how to move, how to breathe, and more.
The goal at Feel Good Yoga is to teach you to understand your yoga practice completely. You will learn what the postures do for you, how to move into and out of each one, and how to work to your edge as you hold the posture.
